    • Duration: 2 hours on site or more

    • Services: Home & yard clearing & blessing, land clearing up to 0.5 acres.

    • Additional fees:

      • Over 0.25 acres: $100 per additional hour.

      • Complex situations (e.g., hauntings) may require more time or follow-up sessions. As entities can be stubborn issues.

  • Large Properties & Multiple Buildings:

    • Price: Starts at $500 (phone consultation & site preview required for accurate quote)

    • Duration: 3-4 hours +

    • Services: Clearing & blessing for large properties (over 1 acre) and/or multiple buildings. Can be split into 2 to 3 sessions for very large properties.

• Travel Fees: Apply after 1 hour of travel ($100 per 1 additional hours, negotiable).
