All sales are final. Because every reading, keepsake, and session is personally created for one individual — using their exact birth details and prepared by hand — work begins immediately upon purchase and cannot be resold or returned.
Due to high demand, rescheduling is available only in place of cancellation. Sessions may be moved with at least 24 hours' notice; missed appointments are not refunded.
One exception, digital readings only: if a digital reading does not feel true to you, write within 7 days and Annalee will offer a redo or a credit toward future work.
The House collects only what it needs to prepare and deliver your work: your contact details, the birth information you provide, your order and payment data (handled by our payment processor — card details are never seen or stored by the House), and basic site analytics.
This information is used solely to prepare and deliver your reading, keepsake or session, and to send Letters from the House if you have subscribed. Your birth details and the content of your sessions are held in sacred confidence.
Your data is never sold and never shared with affiliates. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, and you may request deletion of your information by writing to annalee@annaleejoanne.com.
All offerings of The House of Annalee Joanne are provided for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and educational purposes. Clients must be 18 or older.
All readings, materials, recordings and keepsakes are created for your personal, non-commercial use and remain the copyright of The House of Annalee Joanne. They may not be resold, reproduced or distributed.
Accuracy of information: every reading is prepared from the details you supply. Incorrect birth information will affect the reading, and the House cannot be responsible for work prepared from inaccurate details.
All sales are final, subject to the rescheduling terms above. Keepsake boxes and apothecary goods ship within the United States via tracked mail; international shipping is available at checkout. Apothecary goods, including Liquid Light, are for external and aromatic use only — please review the ingredients for personal sensitivities before use. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the offering. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Readings, sessions, keepsakes, and blessings are offered for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and educational purposes. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice, and no specific result or outcome is guaranteed.
